Not only do you get a two-year guarantee on all pieces of jewelry, we will also repair your jewelry free of charge if it is your fault. Repairs are possible if the clasp, eyelets, anchors or suspension are damaged. We also offer you free improvement of the goods within the guarantee period of 2 years. This includes re-polishing and/or plating the jewelry with 18k yellow gold or 18k rose gold should your jewelry become discolored. If repairs and improvements are made within the warranty period, you will only be responsible for the shipping costs for the goods. Unfortunately, it is not possible to remake the jewelry.
If you would like to make use of the guarantee, please contact us by email at support@meinekette.de and please provide your name and order number. We will then inquire about the damage and ask you to send us a photo of the damaged item by email. After receiving the goods, we will check your claim and repair or replace the item free of charge.
